Spotted something that doesn't look right? We want to know about it. Skip The Games is committed to keeping this platform safe, and your reports help us do that.
What Should Be Reported
- Listings that appear fraudulent or use stolen photos
- Scams — anyone requesting money upfront, gift cards, or "verification" fees
- Suspected human trafficking or exploitation
- Listings involving minors or underage individuals
- Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior
- Spam, duplicate ads, or misleading content
How to Report
Send an email to abuse@skipthe.games with the following information:
- The URL of the listing in question
- A description of what you're reporting and why
- Screenshots if available
- Any other relevant details (phone numbers, usernames, etc.)
We review all reports and take action as quickly as possible — typically within 24 hours.
Emergency Situations
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, do not wait for us to respond. Contact the appropriate authorities directly:
- Emergency services: Call 911
- National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888 (call or text)
- FBI Tips: tips.fbi.gov
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): 1-800-843-5678
What Happens After You Report
Once we receive your report, our team reviews it and takes the appropriate action. This may include removing the listing, blocking the source, or forwarding information to law enforcement if the situation warrants it. We may not always be able to follow up with you directly, but every report is read and acted on.
Protecting Yourself
While we work to keep the platform clean, no system is perfect. Always exercise caution when interacting with anyone online. Read our Safety Guidelines for practical tips on staying safe.
